It was a very slow start. Lots of details and background story. But I feel the ending was a little rushed. But I do like how Beth and Logan find their way back to each other.

Great story. The characters and the story were well written and very interesting. Looking forward to reading more books by this author.

I shipped skipped skipped. Boring which is saying some about an MC Romance. It reads more like an American book adding a few British words to remind me that they don’t live here. Beth was having a pitty party up to the last page of the book. She blamed Logan for 10 years for anything that went wrong in her life, her unhappiness and stupid choice of a boyfriend bc he dared break up with her back then. The entire book reads like you’re read about teenagers instead of people in their 30s. Just a major fail that will definitely keep me from reading the series. It was too long and drawn out even with lots of skipping. I didn’t care for any of them in the book. Wasted time on describing anyone and every piece of room and furniture.

A new author for me and I am totally hooked now. Beth left after having her heart broken by Logan. Their reconnection is raw and gritty. This is an intense suspenseful story that will have you reading to the end. Will Logan be able to keep her safe? Will Beth be able to forgive their past and move into a future? Great read. Wow, this novel was so good! I loved it! From the first chapter this novel took over my life and demanded that I keep reading. Beth had been thru so much it broke my heart how she suffered. I loved Beth and Logan, but I really wished he demanded Beth talk to him and not let so much time go by until the truth came out. I loved Beth and Logan. Their chemistry was so good! I love when a novel keeps me on the edge of my seat reading to find out what was coming next. This novel did exactly that. I loved it! I can't wait to see what is coming next.
