I read this book when I was in the fifth grade, this was back in the 80's. I just recently re-read it and I feel it is even more prevalent today! I think it's a very realistic book about bullying, especially for little girls as well as a very interesting read! I hope to give this book to my niece when she's older, there are a few swear words, but the overall story is valuable and even enjoyable!
