    For health benefits we decided to try a gluten-free diet and beforehand I searched for informative ideas and help. So many seem to come across obsessed and fanatical, but this was the first book I read all the way through since it was easy to read, informative and reasonable. Afterward I felt like I learned enough to give gluten-free a good try. I also found it to be encouragingly motivating, as the idea was expressed to not commit to an entire gluten-free lifestyle, but just start by giving 2 weeks a try! We are 6 weeks without gluten now. This was great!
