Thomas Hooker (1586-1647) was a popular New England English separatist Pilgrim. In this powerful treatise on the covenant of grace, Hooker teaches from Genesis 17:23, “And Abraham took Ishmael...and all that were born in his house…and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin…as God had said unto him.” He covers, 1.
