This book is needed for all men in my opinion the world has poisoned our minds. For anyone who is dealing with or is interested in stopping and learning about porn addiction this is a good book. This book is both informational and helpful to the issues that are present in society today. It also touches on how to identify and overcome personal challenges along with motivating words and benefits. This has motivated me to completely make a change for myself and try to inspire others around me. Thanks!
