Matthew bet she would fall in love with him by the end of the Season, and he did. Beatrice was hurt and humiliated when she learned what he had done. For three years, she planned revenge. She would have him kidnapped and put on a ship to America. Beatrice just had to watch it happen. Unfortunately, she was caught and put aboard the ship with him. The captain refused to turn the ship around. They will sail to America together, a voyage that has many possibilities. One thing is certain. They will have the opportunity to know each other better. It seems that there is more to Matthew and Beatrice than meets the eye. A voyage across the Atlantic, a ship’s captain with good advice, a visit in Boston, and the return voyage results in a happy ending. Cute story and great characters.
