I wish I had an option for 4 1/2 stars. I really enjoyed this one. Great characters, fun premise & of course, an extremely handsome man with an extremely fat bank balance & a generous heart. Which brings me to the beautiful, strong, confident woman, Kari. Don’t miss this book.

Very good! Not Ms Kent’s usual format. Good characters and interesting story.

When she attended a meeting with a new client for Wedding Protectors, Kari was completely unprepared for the love of her life to arrive. In Never Plan a Billionaire’s Wedding by Julia Kent, Kari faced the reality that she would be working with Caleb Mikelmas to protect his wedding to a bridezilla. When Caleb joined the meeting for his brother’s wedding, he was immediately struck with how much he had missed Kari since their break-up in college. He was determined to get her back, but she was very resistant to his suggestions that they catch up. Rule # 1 - Never date the groom. This was the first of many awkward situations that this couple are faced with during the planning of the wedding for 800 guests. The book is written with the author’s own personal brand of zany wit, having me laughing out loud on many occasions. The book handled the miscommunication, processed emotions, and led the reader on a journey filled with fun and laughter. She is a queen of the romcom. I finished this second chance story with a smile on my face, feeling light and happy. I definitely recommend this book to readers who enjoy rom coms. Readers of Max Monroe and Helena Hunting will definitely enjoy this book. I am voluntarily submitting this review thanks to Xpressotours.
Bright, fun story.

The first in a new series and what a fun read. Kari (from the Shopping series) and Caleb reconnect after years apart and the misnomers are just keep on, keeping on. Loved this bright, fun and interesting story. Do not miss this one, a definite addition to your TBR list. And if you have not had the pleasure of Julia Kent’s Shopping for a Billionaire series, grab that one too.
