Description

Life handed me a massive bag of lemons, but I didn't even have to make lemonade. An ice-cold glass was handed to me by a hockey player of all people.

After breaking up with my boyfriend, who also happened to be my boss, I was jobless and homeless. Brett Bouchard had a room to rent, and while I normally wouldn't move in with a guy I just met, I was desperate. And he was offering free rent if I would be his live-in physical therapist.

It's a perfect situation, with only one small hiccup.

I can't stop thinking about my new roommate.

But I'm a professional. Brett is focused on recovery, and I can't get tangled up with someone when I'm so close to getting my personal life back on track.

I need to move back to Vancouver, and Brett needs to get back on the ice. It's only two months. We've both got our hands full with our own problems, which means we should have no problem keeping them off each other.

Right?

Called for Icing is a roommates-to-lovers, slow-burn, fade-to-black hockey romcom.

Content: Includes mild swearing and innuendo.

I didn’t like this book at all if you keep losing yourself like women first you have to find yourself not with any man yourself by yourself not with everyone else with your self you have to do it yourself you are the one that’s going to live in your life not anyone else and besides guys are stupid, that expect us as woman to drop everything for them. They both figure out to share a life with someone else not to be someone else whole world, that is not love that’s abuse, I still didn’t like this book. I’m sorry it’s not for me!!!

In all of these types of books, i always know that the she ends with him. HEA left and right. This one was just extra sweet. It is so inspiring how they connect through their traumas and difficulties. The way he would drop anything just to hangout with his “housemate”. Anyways I am onto the next book and can’t wait for the rest of the groups story!!!
