Among the rugged hills and golden beaches of the island, Grace searches for answers about her friend’s life, and how it ended. What she uncovers is stranger than she could have dreamed. But to dive into this impossible truth, Grace must first come to terms with her past.

Filled with wonder and wild adventure, this is a story of hope and the life-changing power of a new beginning.

Unexpected kindness grows into a captivating story about missed connection type friendships, sprinkled with a unique mysticism found nowhere on Earth. Have always heard about the magic of Mallorca - and I’ll have to see for myself, smelling the flowers and petting the animals along the way. Heartwarming and looking forward to catching up on others written by Matt Haig.

I had high hopes for The Life Impossible, especially since I thoroughly enjoyed The Midnight Library. However, I found that the pacing of this book was quite slow, with the main plot taking a long time to emerge. For much of the story, it felt as though the protagonist was on a wild goose chase, and it wasn't until about 70% through that the narrative truly began to unfold. While there were some standout moments and thought-provoking passages, overall, I struggled to connect with the story as a whole. Unfortunately, it didn’t resonate with me as much as I had hoped.
