Description

“Full of emotional angst, scorching love scenes, and a compelling storyline.”—Dear Author

THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER

Gideon Cross came into my life like lightning in the darkness…

He was beautiful and brilliant, jagged and white-hot. I was drawn to him as I’d never been to anything or anyone in my life. I craved his touch like a drug, even knowing it would weaken me. I was flawed and damaged, and he opened those cracks in me so easily…

Gideon knew. He had demons of his own. And we would become the mirrors that reflected each other’s most private wounds…and desires.
The bonds of his love transformed me, even as i prayed that the torment of our pasts didn't tear us apart...

Bared To You - 8.5/10: This book was good, I don’t really know how to explain this book. This book is mostly a commitment romance book. You’ll have different emotions in this book ( Shocked, good irritated, happy, loved, etc ) This book gone make you fall in love with the Characters - mainly Gideon, because he was so sweet and loving. Eva was sweet and loving too but she just pushes/starts arguments with her significant other- Gideon. I recommend this book to whoever likes commitment Romance, toxic romance, heartfelt romance, friendship drama/new beginning, dominance romance and work boss romance…

SOO I’m concerned for the women that found this enjoyable. I felt very much like this is the most red flag book ever. Women should cringe at those triggers . If you didn’t I recommend a therapist because this was a train wreck I couldn’t put down . I’m glad it’s over tho . Cuz I was questioning my self why am I still reading this . Character development was barely there . Story line .mid . Favorite part was the spicy scenes that’s y I gave it a 2 instead of a one .star. I’m hoping this book is used as a way to pinpoint red flags and triggers and a way for discussion about toxic relationship since we are looking at it from an outside perspective. Since some ppl can probably relate to these characters and hopefully can recognize some issues

It was an easy read and fun to read. I like the 50 shades vibes. The characters could be a bit more dynamic, we don’t go into much detail about what makes them unique other than physical descriptions and why the two main characters like each other. She asks him to tell her what he likes about her and he never really gave her any good feedback. Makes their relationship slightly less believable.

Intelligent and well written, this book starts the series off with a bang. Gideon and Eva have to fight for their relationship at every turn. You can’t help but root for them as they struggle to find peace.

This was an incredibly uncomfortable car wreck that you just can’t stop staring at. Wow do they both have some serious serious issues, that are really uncomfortable. I’m not sure I want to keep reading. But of course it left so many things unfinished. Annoying.

Dude’s name is Gideon and all I can imagine is the country fox from Zootopia.
