This is an action in rem on a note, and to foreclose a mortgage securing the note. The action was brought by the payee and holder of the note against the wife, son and daughter-in-law of the deceased maker of the note. Prior to trial the defendant moved to dismiss the action, alleging the action barred by the statute of limitations. The motion was overruled. The facts were established by stipulation. Judgment for the plaintiff followed.
