One of Iowas eight statutory grounds for terminating the parent-child relationship is the failure, without good cause, to pay court-ordered child support. Iowa Code § 600A.8(4) (1997). This appeal tests the sufficiency of evidence to justify termination on this ground. The district court found the evidence justified termination and we agree. We hence vacate a contrary decision by the court of appeals and affirm.
