Just as awesome as “as a man thinkers” by James Allen short, sweet, and to the point and it’s also a great reminder to those who are followers of Christ

I come from a Christian background, and Before I began the journey of mindfulness, I felt that eastern thought was good, but inferior to my own world view. In my old frame of thought, I would have found this book ethereal and lacking practical application. Instead, I found it a beautiful blending of Christian thought and eastern mindfulness. The truths I learned from James Allen in this book, are the result of years of mental discipline and faithful effort on the part of James Allen, and I just consider myself lucky to have found this incredible work.
