    This book was great! it really helped so me how our worldly values arent as important as we think. It also showed me that i should always show the Kingdom of God in my life all the time because you never know when Jesus will come or when it might be your last day on Earth. I recommend this book to anyone!

    This book is the only book that I have ever read that has impacted my life in such a huge way. I learned that Jesus is fun, merciful, graceful, divine, and he is literally love. It was cool reading a book that in present day Jesus comes to us in the most unexpected times and will show to us that he is the real and true living God and it is our DECISION to follow that notion or reject it. When we CHOOSE to follow Christ we must know that we have to die to our false selves; to those things that we love most, to the ways of the world; and fully commit ourselves to God. This book shows how Jesus dies for us giving his mercy and grace so that we may have everlasting life.

    Eli was such a good book. It really felt like I got to know Jesus better because I could relate to him in a more modern setting. The book’s setting and concepts were very interesting and I loved reading it. It made me think about Jesus more and realize that he literally died for our sins, so we can go to Heaven.

    This is a great novel that helps put the salvation of God into a different and relatable perspective. It contains many valuable life lessons that are harder to find, or relate to, in the original story in the bible. This novel makes it easier to truly understand what it means to live out Jesus’ values. I highly recommend this to highschool students and adults.

    Eli is definitely one of the greatest books I’ve read! I read this book for my religion class and it gave me a whole new perspective on Jesus. It really helped me to understand the Gospel and Jesus’ key teachings better, and the way Bill Meyers connects the bible stories together and to life as it is now, is genius. If you are looking for a greater understanding of scripture or just an awesome read, I highly recommend this book.

    This book made me realize what is really important in life, and made me feel peaceful and happy. Before I started to read, I thought the book would be boring and not have much density to it. But, once I started reading, I didn't want to stop. The story line is very interesting and is extremely accurate when relating to the Bible. Overall, Eli is a life-changing and enjoyable read.
