“Here and now” is where and when I currently am. Sometimes we - busy achievers - need to be reminded of this simple fact. We should also remember to be most happy in the present versus in the past or thinking happiness will come after we get somewhere. Here & now is all that really matters. Highly recommend.

The book is good, but the information in this book differs on some accounts to the paperback and there are a lot of typos, so many in fact that it distracts from the reading
