Book 2 continues from book 1 with the difference of adding two witches who break curses. This series is a slow one with no conclusion or solution. We have already learned from book 1 the cursed warlock is named Azíl who has no magic. He is now able to perform mortal tasks and this opportunity gives Willow a romantic interest. Not much mystery other what was already in place. I am actually a bit disappointed in the pace as we hit some heavy in book 1 and not much solution in book 2. I have more questions than answers as everyone jumps in to solve the curse and free Azíl. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

A sweet slow burn romance. I really enjoy the slow romance and Azil learning how to live in the modern world. Willow is a fun person and trying to help Azil. A couple of bumps in the road but lots of people trying to help Azil out with his circumstances. I really enjoyed this story… and I’m looking forward to the next episode! I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

Willow is trying to find a way to break the curse that keeps Azil in his teapot before the ancestors of the first curse casters find him and put him back into the teapot for another 100 years. They are having feelings for each other. Mona and Daphne are two witches trying to help them hopefully they find a way to break the curse. Willow and Azil need the luck! Good book!. Willow and Azil are back and so is the cuteness that is them. They get closer in this one and try to learn more about the curse and themselves. A fun and cute read that while not a lot of action, it was more emotional as they get closer. Plus see more characters from this shared world pop in. Enjoyed this cute quick read.

This is a pretty quick read with an enjoyable story. There is less action in this one than the previous one, but there is more plot development in terms of what we know and learn about the curse. It kind of reminded me of the filler episodes that tv shows used to do, where it's really just a fun episode with the characters doing their thing and not too much plot happening. I happen to enjoy filler episodes because it lets us learn about the characters without having to worry about blood magic or characters dying. We get to learn about the characters and watch/read their adorable interactions. I quite liked the dating culture shock that Azil had even when watching his Cupid shows! And I loved Azil and Willow together; they are too cute!! Plus Spooky!! I loved the little cameos from the other series!! They were sweet and fun! It is not necessary to read the other series set in this world to enjoy this book series, since enough info is given about the other characters without spoiling their series.
  • All about the curse breaking

Azíl and Willow have survived the first attempt from the descendants of those that cursed him. She is more determined than ever to free him and he is sure that he’s living on borrowed time. Even so their mutual attraction is growing stronger as they work together and he acclimates to the times. Sabine gives them tickets to the showing of the treasures from the dig where she found his teapot and they decide to go and see if they can find any clues. They also are introduced to Mina who specializes in curse breaking and she agrees to help Azíl. All about the curse breaking or at least steps forward towards the curse breaking. Willow and Azíl grow much closer and surprisingly become a couple, or maybe not seeing as they spend pretty much all their time together. They are fun and flirty together. The curse breaking quest is exiting to read about. Very interested in seeing how this story develops. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
