The Embrace

I read this book almost 2 years ago and totally forgot about the errors going from book 1 to book 2 and continuing forward to book 3. First point: Change at least some words from book 2 sex scenes before copying them over to book 3. The cat has miraculously gone from being blind to 3 legged instead. In book 2 Calum discussed how he did in fact see himself as a family man in the future yet in book 3 the thought of any child is abhorrent! That’s a killer there, author! After comments to get an editor, so far there have been no updates to the content of the book to your readers. I feel like the author dialed it in just to get word count and not caring much about accuracy. But, like many others, we had paid for all books to get to the end of their story but it’s so distracting to read editing errors and grammatical errors that I wonder if we should have stopped at book 1 and cut our losses. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I really liked the characters and thought the storyline was quite unique

It’s a great story but it repeats the sex scenes literally word for word from the 2nd book.

Did they forget to hire an editor for this book?

I really enjoyed this series. I wish the author had a better editor, though. The characters were well worth reading about.

Just read all three books. The characters were constantly engaging and the steam is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I enjoyed the story but the editing is terrible. The typos and grammar errors were innumerable. It really detracted from the story.

I have read this book just to find out the ending which was a given. However l found this story to be so full of gratuitous sex it was getting to be ridiculous....there should have been more of a story between the two main characters and whoever reads the story before it is put up for us the general audience to read should make sure that it was correct. I found myself reading sentences that l would have to reread and make grammatically correct to make sense of them. I am very disappointed in this book and do not recommend it just suffice it to say the characters end up together
