This series is one of my favorites! I love how even when things are messy, this group of family and friends are there for each other. I really wanted to see Jeremy get his HEA. For a minute I was worried about how this story was going to play out but I loved how perfect everything ended up. I'm dying for the next in the series already after that ending. I need to know what's going to happen next for this crew!

Having read all the other books in this series I was excited to read about Jeremy and Bella. Elena Aitken did it again! This book is the right balance of sweet and hot and real emotions! And the author has a knack for turning the characters into very likeable people. Worth a read of you are looking for HEA and chemistry with relatable characters! Ricin2

This is the first book from Elena Aitken that I have read and I will be reading the previous books in this series if they are as good as this one. Each book is a standalone and they can be read in any order or you can just read the books that sound good to you and you will be able to follow along. Ms. Aitken has created wonderful characters with Bella and Jeremy in this small town, second chance, sweet romance. Bella is a strong, independent, and talented woman who came to town to convince her elderly grandfather to move to senior housing. She left town to go back to the city to meet with an agent and audition for a starring role in a movie. She returns back a few days early to surprise Jeremy, which is one of my favorite scenes. Jeremy is a hot and handsome firefighter dedicated to the job and his coworkers, is up for a promotion to fire chief, and is sweet, romantic, and totally in love with Bella. He plans romantic and fun outings for the two of them and tries to spend as much time with Bella as he can before she starts filming and recording, but gets distracted with trying to help his sister escape an abusive relationship. There are some ups and downs, miscommunication, and not so supportive things said that leads to the couple breaking up. Will they be able to work it out? Bella and Jeremy's story was another hit in the Ever After series!! Bella is the new up and coming Hollywood star!! But, it becomes hard decision to follow her dream once she meets the hot firefighter Jeremy!! Jeremy loves the town of Glacier Falls that he defends from harm. On his way to chief. They quickly fall in love and Jeremy definitely wants to marry Bella but with the start of Bella's new career debut singing and acting in a new movie in another town is making their love a challenge. Bella and Jeremy have huge decisions to make and Jeremy is trying not to put pressure on her. But Bella has to make her mind up whether to leave what she loves or leave her dream behind. Its a great love story for this series!!!

Newest addition to this sweet series. This story revolves around two people who have conflicting lives and will have to decide what makes each choose their own priorities. A sweet, romantic drama. A definite addition to your TBR list. Don’t miss this one.
