Description

He’ll be her Santa tonight…
Wrangler Leo Marston’s used to women pursuing him because of his looks. Apple Grove newcomer Fiona Hildebrand is the first to run in the opposite direction. Too bad she’s also the one he can’t stop thinking about. How can he convince her to take a chance on him? He can’t exactly change his appearance.

Or can he? Volunteering to play Santa and distributing toys to needy kids, with Fiona as his helper elf, is the perfect opportunity to show her there’s more to him than a pretty face. But when the evening ends, will she meet him under the mistletoe, or boot him out the door?

Vicki Lewis Thompson has done it again... another fun, fast read with just the right amount of fire. She has a special talent for painting a tapestry that includes all the elements of a fun read and great romance. Her Nerds and Werewolf tales are good but she excels at cowboys. Loved the McGavin and just as enamored with these Buckskin Brothers. In this one, Leo and Fiona are instantly attracted, but his looks are a problem. She can't say more than boo she's so tongue- tied. Ben agrees to let him secretly woo her as Santa to her Elf. Things are great so long as she doesn't have to look at him in full light as Leo. This tale take place during Christmas week, but that's how these Buckskin Brothers and Babes tend to fall. Fast and hard. The key will be whether Fi can overcome her stage fright and embrace not only Christmas but the fray of friends that make up Henri's family.
