    This book was amazing I absolutely loved Pacey ! The chemistry between Pasey and Mackenzie just perfect . McKenzie had a plan for her life she did her homework did her research and had everything written down from A-to-Z. Than life like always those curveballs and she just got the biggest one of all. Heartbroken & a little unsure she decides to she needs a rebound to help get her though! Pacey smart funny and very sexy offers to be her rebound and friend . What he didn’t think would happen was the feelings she brings out in him and can she trust and learn to love again ? This is the second book in The On My Own Series and it is definitely a great read !!!

    This is the second book in the On My Own series. It’s Pacey’s book 😍. I’ve got a bit of a crush on him, the whole sexy Brit thing. But as we find out, there’s so much more to him. As Mackenzie finds out. After walking in on a not pleasant sight (her ex with another woman), Pacey helps her to hold her head up, move on and keep going. And boy he makes that easier. They go through some rough times during the semester, but in the end they fight through together. I can’t wait to read the next roommates book!

    On the heels of “My One Night” we pickup with our co-eds Mackenzie and Tanner. Their “friends first” mantra while Mackenzie is trying to pickup and replan her planned out life repeatedly stands in the way of these two. They are also dealing with a lot of college pressures (grades/classes/internship), personal problems (new living arrangements for both groups, major life changes for Tanner) and relationship baggage. This story was a good read for character development, but this book seems to be lighter on the heat than other CA books, but when it’s steamy…it’s HOT. Overall 4.5/5

Pacey’s character is so swoon worthy, with his British accent and carefree way, no woman stands a chance with his charming ways. He gives Mackenzie a idea that turns out to be more than they expect. What happens when emotions and chemistry grows to so much more than the rebound? You need to one click to find out and trust me you won’t be disappointed.

    Plans very rarely come to fruition as made. And Mackenzie finds this out the hard way. When her personal life implodes she accepts a rebound/support relationship with Pacey. Then when her college plans are ripped away she has him to help her figure things out. But they’re just friends, with benefits? Pacey is carrying secrets, true they’re just about him, shouldn’t he share with the people who care about him? As this tale is expounded from both POVs I could feel their feelings, remember the stresses of becoming adult, attempting to mold your life into the future you want, trying to control something that you can’t control. This is a buddy story, a falling in love story, a coming of age story, and a sexy poignant read.
