Description

He’s tantalizing trouble she can’t resist…

Charlotte Parrish has always wanted a certain kind of man: someone responsible, settled, boring. Bad boys need not apply. But when her car leaves her stranded and a mysterious stranger with brooding eyes and a protective streak comes to her rescue, she can’t deny how drawn she is to him. In town searching for family he’s never met, Mitch is everything she never thought she wanted—and suddenly everything she craves.

Finding his half brothers after all these years is more than Mitch Crews has allowed himself to wish for. Finding love never even crossed his mind…until he meets Charlotte. She’s sweet, warmhearted, sexier than she knows—and too damn good for an ex-con like him. But when his past comes back to haunt him, putting Charlotte—and the family he’s come to care for—in danger, Mitch isn’t playing by the rules. He’s already surrendered his heart, but now he’ll risk his life.

I loved this book. It’s the third in the series The Road to Love but easily read as a stand alone. Charlotte and Mitch have become my favorite couple. Mitch is trying to find himself and his family after a brutal beginning and Charlotte oh Charlotte just made me so happy to see findbher HEA. Mitch finding his family and Charlotte at the same time was fun to read. It made for a funny suspenseful read. I highly recommend this book. I received an ARC from NetGalley, and this is my honest review.

All Fired up was the best book of the series... Upon meeting Mitch, we also experience him meeting Charlotte and connecting right off the bat. These two make a great team throughout, along with tons of angsty heat with lots of added surprises. One of my favorite parts about Lori's books is the inclusion of 4-legged companions. She doesn't disappoint with the addition of timid, but sweet & lovable Brute. If you're looking for hot, alpha men with lots of sexiness and loyalty, this is must read!!!

An ex-con and a overprotected woman.....what could possibly go wrong. Mitch is a good guy who took a fall. Charlotte is a fabulous gal who has two big brother figures who chased off all the wanna be fellas. One look was all it took but the road to happiness has a few twists and turns!

I’m a huge book fan of Lori Foster and she never disappoints! This story reminded me of an old fashion love story, slow-paced and getting to know someone before moving to the next step. You have to love the Crew family as they are loyal to each other and accept you for who you are! Hope to see more of these characters in the future. Great work, Lori!I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader‘s copy.

What a fantastic and emotional book this is. I really felt for Mitch, he had such a horrible childhood. Love how honest he is and that he really wants Charlotte. Can he really open up to his half brothers, and when will he realize he’s no longer alone? Can he keep everyone safe from Newman? Loved staying on edge. I especially love the sense of family and how much Mitch needed it. Loved the updates on prior characters from the first two books and that they get a very happy ever after. I highly recommend this book.

Now this was a great story! Charlotte, the “little sister” of the family, falls for Mitch, the unknown half-brother. Ros was amazingly wonderful to Mitch, her ex’s other son. The family dynamics were awesome, and the steaminess divine.

Mitch has decided to look up his half brothers. Wanting to find a place to settle down as well as family Mitch wasn’t prepared for what he found. No used to family he soon learns that now he isn’t alone. One look at Charlotte and he knew he found home. So enjoyed getting more from this family and the love they have for each other!!

I loved Mitch and Charlotte’s story! It’s my favorite in the Road to Love series. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this book. I loved Charlotte’s innocence and her love of family. I loved the way the rest of the family rallied around Mitch, especially since his expectations were so much different. I loved that even though Mitch had a very rough start in life, he was a very honorable and stand up guy. As with the previous books, animals, especially dogs, play an important part in their lives.

My first read in this series. Enjoyed the story. The Mitch and Charlotte meet on dark road with a rescue and the drama escalates from there. The bad guys are truly despicable, so there is romance, drama, adventure, family mishaps and the requisite HEA. Add this to your TBR list. Worth the time spent.
