Description

Something old,
Something new,
Something borrowed,
Something…bedazzled?

In twenty-four hours, Addison Holmes will be a married woman. Maybe.

A week to plan a wedding in the south is not for the fainthearted, but Addison (along with the help of her neurotic mother, unreliable sister, and unpredictable Aunt Scarlet) are determined to pull it off.

There’s just one problem. Okay…two problems.

Problem #1: The preacher is missing.

This seems like a bad omen to Addison, and all the best investigators she knows are taking part in the pre-wedding festivities (that’s code for drunk).

That leaves one man for the task: FBI Special Agent Matt Savage. But Addison isn’t sure he’s the man for the job. She and Savage have a complicated history, and Savage could make the preacher disappear forever if it served his own agenda.

Problem #2: Rosemarie Valentine is in charge of booking the bridal party for a spa day. Enough said.

I get such a kick out these characters. They are such fun. And the mix of mystery, murder and mayhem is superb.

I loved all these books!!!! These were laugh out loud. It's been a while that I laughed right out loud while reading the words on the page. I have to say I read her book because it was free on book bub. I loved loved it. So I pulled up the next one and it was $5.99. If you read a lot you know most of the books are around $3.99-$4.99. So I decided to read some reviews. Some were not so great. BUT I really likes the book anyway so I bought the next one. It was just about perfect. I just finished the last book in the series and thought well, these were lots of fun. In one of the reviews ,the author was compared to Janet evanovich. I would agree but in only the best possible way. These books pick the husband, this story has morals, she doesn't fall into bed with both. Yes she is wildly attracted to both. She knows love vs lust and she wants love. This story also has closure which after 20 something evanovich we still do not have. Finally I am anARC reader for many authors , pretty much read a book a day. I took the time to write this very long review because it angered me to read such nasty negative reviews. I loved this series, I strongly recommend you read it. It will make your day and you will be laughing outloud!!!!!!!!!! Lisa

Well, this must be the final book in this series and I must say that I am Sad to see it end. The characters are real and you can’t help but become attached to them. There are parts that are so hilarious that it brings tears. Please if you see this review, start at the beginning of the series with book one. Happy ready!!

Great book! I suggest you read the other books before the series but it has enough background stories if you don’t. Addison is still a trouble magnet and solving cases on the fly. Honestly this book had comedy, drama, and romance. If you like this series I suggest you check out the JJ Graves series too.
