    Daphne Miller meets "Boomer" while on what was supposed to be her honeymoon. Boomer, an Alpha Navy Seal sniper, can't leave a beautiful woman crying on the beach in Cozumel. He comforts Daphne that evening. The rest of her "honeymoon is spent enjoying each other's company. On her last night there, she slips out of bed to avoid saying goodbye. As she walks back to her room, she stumbles across a murder. She attempts to help the woman, but fails. As she's running away from the murderer, she's safely "taken" by Chuck. Chuck claims to be with DEA and is investigating the Senator's son in several deaths. He promises to help protect Daphne--in The Witness Protection program. Boomer searches for Daphne, but can't find any trace of her before leaving Cozumel. Boomer is then shipped off on another tour. While serving his country, he does things he can't forget. While he suffers from PTSD now, he is offered a job with The Brotherhood Protectors. His first job, protecting Daphne.... I LOVED this novel! It has action, romance, a sassy, quick-witted heroine, and a suffering Alpha Navy Seal, secret baby all packed into one novel. I started reading and didn't want to put it down. I highly recommend this novel. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

Daphne Miller is on vacation in Cozumel and meets up with a hot, sexy, Seal and they spend a beautiful time together until she leaves his bed to return to her room and pack to leave and go back to the real world….but she witnesses a brutal murder. She ends up in witness protection and finds out she is having her Seal’s baby but she doesn’t know his last name in order to find him and tell him. While in protection her place is compromised and her protector takes her to the only place he knows that can keep her safe…little does she know that she will see her Seal again. Brandon “Boomer” Rayne decided to leave the Seals and sign on with the Brotherhood Protectors after almost losing his life but in the back of his mind he wonders where in the world…his beautiful lady from Cozumel might be. When he is assigned his job he comes face to face with Daphne and his daughter. While he tries to keep his feelings to himself he finds that there is so much attraction between them and now he has to keep both of “his girls” safe from harm. Will they find their way back to what they had in Cozumel and build a life with their daughter or will the people after Daphne find a way to destroy it all????

    Montana SEAL Daddy gets off to an action-packed start and doesn't stop until the end. Chapter one gives us background information on Daphne and her daughter, Maya. Chapter two tells us about Brandon "Boomer" Rayne, a Navy SEAL sniper, no longer on active duty. Both of these chapters are filled with lots of information and action. This is a pretty quick story to read and it kept my attention right from the start. I have a soft spot for secret baby stories so that was a plus for me. My heart hurt so bad for Boomer because of what he went through on active duty; it's really affecting how he interacts with Daphne and Maya. Other reviewers compared this book to Elle's Texas Billionaires Club stories and that's not a fair comparison. Those stories are romantic comedy and they are wonderful but the Brotherhood Protectors stories are romantic suspense – lots of action and suspense and hot SEALs. I enjoy all of the sub-genres that Elle writes in but I don't try to compare her romantic comedy stories with her romantic suspense ones. I'm still enjoying the Brotherhood Protector series after seven books; I'm not ready for it to end yet. Keep 'em coming Elle James!     First, I originally purchased this book on Amazon and there was a mix-up with loading the e-book. For whatever reason Amazon canceled my order and pulled the book from their service. I wrote an email to what I Believe to be Miss James marketing staff asking what was going on. Miss James personally responded that she was working on it it was an error and it should be fixed by the afternoon of the 8th. I decided I didn't want to wait so I looked it up on iBooks found it and have already read it and love it. I am more than impressed that an author would respond personally as well as try to fix things personally for their readers. But most of all this author just writes great, enjoyable stories and my only complaint they never long enough. Of course I read too fast.... ❤️
