Billionaire Bad Boys: Rich, Powerful and Sexy as hell.

He isn't Mr. Nice Guy…

Julian Dane thought he'd hit rock bottom — until he met a woman (isn't that what they all say?). He used her and broke her heart. Now he wants to turn things around but the damage he dealt stands in his way.

Kendall Parker's unique issues have made it hard to live a normal life. Very few people understand her and she trusts even less … but she believed in Julian once, and he only betrayed her.

Now Julian is back — a new man — and determined to win Kendall's heart. But this reformed bad boy just might find that Going in Deep is harder than it looks.

This is book #4, in the Billionaire Bad Boys series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading series books in order. Julian is recovering from hitting the absolute bottom. He takes the steps to getting better seriously now. He is trying to make amends where he can. Kendall has her own issues. While health is important, the heart wants what it wants. Can she go back to loving the man who makes her heart melt? Or was the past too much for the new her to handle? These characters are obviously meant to be together. What is even better, they both have taken the time to get their own personal selves better. I think this story shows how important it is to take care of your own business before worrying about someone else. Then you are free to love as you like. ***This early copy was given in exchange for an honest review.

Carly Phillips always gets it right! This is another fantastic book in the Billionaire Bad Boys series. We first meet Kendall and Julian in Going Down Easy, Lexie and Kade's story. If you read the story you understand the devasting hurt and pain Kendall experienced because of Julian's betrayal. Now, this book is their story. It is about forgiveness, acceptance and trust. It is a difficult journey for Kendall to believe Julian is a changed man and is completely remorseful in regards to the things of his past, especially his treatment of her. This story contains serious subject matter that Ms. Phillips manages with delicacy. She incorporates it beautifully into Kendall and Julian's romance. Their physical connection is truly enhanced by their complete acceptance of each other. This is a such a great story. I totally recommend this book but, to get the complete story and the magnitude of Kendall and Jullian's HEA, I also strongly suggest you read the complete series.
  • Deeply Romantic Journey!

A couple with so many daemons and obstacles to overcome both alone and together. This is the first second chance romance I have ever read with such beautifully flawed couple front and center. Totally unique in that the hero of this one was the villain (so to speak) of the first story in the series. Julian Dane is battling addiction and huge mistakes he made and the one mistake he regrets the most is hurting Kendall Parker in his quest for a part of Blink. (the empire his lost friends built without him) Kendall is finally getting her life together on the right balance of medication and therapy. It has been a life long battle but she is finally just about ready to stand on her own two feet then he comes back the one man that made her realize she needed help by breaking her. Such a believably real life HEA and genuine supportive charters. Loved this story and this series!

This is book 4 and the final book in the Billionaire Bad Boys series and it features the ultimate bad boy, Julian Dane and bad girl Kendall Parker. These two have been included in previous books in this series. Their past was wrong in so many ways. They are both healthy now but does Julian deserve a second chance? They have so many hurdles to cross if they want to have a life together. They've hurt many people, people they loved. This fantastic story is all about second chances and a deep love that rises from the ashes like a phoenix. I especially LOVED the epilogue! Bravo Carly Phillips! Another 5-Star read from a very satisfied reader! I can't wait to see what's next.

What a comeback story! I never thought I could like Julian after all that we heard about him in the prior books, but Carly Phillips did a phenomenal job of resurrecting an injured soul and former bad guy and making him really easy to love. Great job! If you’ve followed along in the series, you will recognize almost all of the characters of friends and family … great characters, a redeeming storyline, and a really hopeful message that there can be a second chance and a happy ending no matter where life might have previously taken you! We met Kendall Parker early in the series when her twin sister, Lexie fell in love with Kade Barnes. We saw some not so stellar moments of how she treated her sister, how she tortured herself and how she managed to find the strength to say she wanted to get help and live a better life once and for all. She’s back, she’s healthy and she’s trying to live her life for herself in a way that makes her accountable for the first time in a long, long time. Julian Dane was in Kendall’s life for a short time and helped her derail herself into one of her deepest spirals ever. He thought he had gone as low as he could go in his life until he met her … and realized he had used and damaged an unwell person. He wants more than anything to make amends and let her know how very sorry he is. He’s living a different life these days, and when Kendall finally agrees to hear him out, she sees a different man than she knew before. The attraction between them is just as deep as it ever was, but can she find the strength to trust him and what he’s showing her right now? Will she be able to have a relationship with him when she knows it will not make her sister and friends happy?

ARC for honest review with no compensation Going in Deep by Carly Phillips is a second chance at love and to repair friendships lost with tears, laughter and rooting for a happy HEA…well done Carly! ! Julian and Kendall met in the 1st book in this series, Going Down Easy but Julian ruined everything between them and lost his best friend in the process too. He never told anyone what happened to him in college and what led to his downfall. Time has passed and he is determined to fix all the wrongs and wants more than anything to get back into Kendall life. Kendall on the other hand wants nothing to do with Julian after all the damage and hurt he caused her and her family but when they meet up at the shelter for animals where she works she see a difference in him and maybe if they take their time they can work to getting back together….. Will they figure out that through all the mistakes in the past they can have a future together or will her family figure a way to keep them apart???

Kendall and Julian's story may just be my favorite out of the whole series and I've loved the whole series! When Julian walks back in to Kendall's world, you can't help but worry and wonder if he will hurt her again or is he really in it to make amends? Can they find love when everyone in her life is seemingly against them? This story touches on deep issues like drugs and mental health. And Carly Phillips does a great job in showing how much work goes in to making an addict and someone who is bipolar healthy! The end is emotionally touching and wraps up the whole series nicely! I can't wait to see what Ms. Phillips comes up with next.

Well we met Julian Dane in Going Down Easy when he played games with Kendall Parker to get back at his one time partner, Kaden Barnes, who is in a relationship with Kendall's twin sister, Lexi. I would NEVER have thought that Carly Phillips' would be able to redeem Julian after all the crap he pulled but I actually did end up liking Julian and even rooting for him to win Kendall back. Shortly after Julian hurt Kendall, he realized what a horrible thing he did and tried everything to get her to talk to him. Finally, 9 months later he gets to talk to her after finding out that she works at For Paws, a not-for-profit animal shelter in Midtown Manhattan. Their first meeting didn't go exactly as Julian was hoping, but he wasn't giving up. I really loved how Julian owned up to his hurtful actions and when he finally explained to Kendall all the reasons behind his behavior, I actually started to feel sorry for him. It seems there really is a nice guy deep down inside of Julian. I really enjoyed how these two people, both with some major issues, really worked through their problems and eventually came together. It had to be so thrilling for Kendall to stand on her own two feet and take back complete control of her life. It was also hard for Lexi to have to give up that control that she has had for so long looking after her twin and letting Kendall live her own life. I really loved the heartbreaking story these two had to go through to get their happy ending. It was so emotional as times but well worth it to be finally at peace with their lives. I also just adored Steve and Waffles....these two sounded so fun to be around!

We finally get to read about Jullian and Kendall! I couldn't put this down! It was nice hearing from Jullian's perspective and have him own up to what he did in the past. He truly did realize and learn from his past. Kendall has grown as well. Finally getting a handle on her illness she is able to lead a normal life. These two make it work and mesh so well!!
  • Amazing Redemption Story!!!

I've loved each of the Billionaire Bad Boys books along the way. I'll be honest and say when I saw Ms. Phillips was going to write a redemption book for Julian Dane, I honestly didn't see how she could do it based upon what he had done to Kendall. I'm so very happy to say not only was I wrong, and Ms. Phillips gave her readers her very best book I've read to date. I really hated Julian for using Kendall in the way he did in Going Down Easy, and have to say the first way he started redeeming himself to me was by owning his past choices rather than saying they were mistakes. I also started to take into consideration he was unaware of Kendall's illness when they were together, as Kendall had never shared the fact she was bipolar, though that still didn't give Julian the right to use Kendall. As Julian started to share his background and his family's background with Kendall, it gave me more insight into why he became and addict and made the choice he made along the way. Julian truly had been through hell and back and while I didn't agree with many of his actions, I did finally understand why he made the choices from his past. Kendall had been through hell thanks to her mental illness. Now that she is finally able to stay on a solid therapy plan, medicine plan, and has found an outlet and a job she loves working with rescue dogs. She is just starting to feel like her life is on a firm footing when Julian shows back up in her life. I loved that Kendall was super wary of Julian when he first showed up, even as she was still completely drawn to him. I found myself loving that while Kendall didn't fall right back in with Julian, she did listen to him explain his past and finally shared her medical issues as well. Kendall and Julian totally had an uphill battle to be in a long-term relationship with Kendall's family. While I felt like Kendall and Julian both made mistakes in the present with regards to their future, I loved they both came out strong once each got their heads back on straight. The chemistry between Kendall and Julian was every bit as strong as it was in the past. I actually felt it was even stronger now, as they both were being honest with one another. Going in Deep gave me all the feels. I laughed, sighed, got angry a few times, and cried both sad and happy tears. I love when a story makes me feel a myriad of emotions, and Ms. Phillips did it in spades with Going in Deep. Julian and Kendall's redemption story was everything and more than I expected, and is hands down one of the best stories Carly Phillips has ever written.
