  • Wolf, Fae, and Vampire what could go wrong!

    So I went into this one blind not knowing much about the series but I was in need of a good paranormal series that could keep me interested and one that was complete so that if it was really good I would not have to wait to read through it. The trial series is definitely different and we are following Leslie through these trials where she has to spend a week with three different candidates for leader as their mate. This one is the wolf and Leslie gets to become a wolf for the week. Ben is an alpha and proves it by how he acts and treats Leslie for the week. But as quick as it began it is over and as the days pass more and more things are revealed to Leslie and she is trying to piece it all together to figure out exactly what is going on. God start to a series and intriguing, solid 3.5 read and has enough pull that makes me want to move onto the next book in the series to see what happens to Leslie and what the big secret is.

    To be a Kingmaker is a tough job. Especially if your father never prepared you for it before he died. Everything may not be as her father always said it was. Now she must choose a mate from the three clans of vampires, werewolves, and fae. She must also choose a clan leader for the 10 clans and make one other choice she finds out about later. The first six day trial period belongs to Ben, the werewolf alpha. She's never been a relationship kind of girl and all the sudden she has a mate! How much can you really learn about someone in six days? The story line is fantastic! Lizzy Ford writes amazing series and this Trial series is sure to be another one. I can't wait to read book 2, Trial by Thrall. Received a copy in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review. I was not required to write a positive review.     Trial by Moon by Lizzy Ford 5 stars This story sucked me into it, hard and fast. Leslie is thrown into a position she doesn't understand as much as she thinks she should, nothing is what she thought it would be. Her heart is involved in ways she never expected. The unavoidable draw to Ben is so intense, the chemistry between them can't be tamed and is absolutely HOT! I am loving this story and can't wait to read the next part!!
