Simple light reading, very effect teaching if you properly understand and utilize the teachings. Further self study is required and is linked throughout the book but if you are enthusiastic about learning then it is no hassle at all.

Although, these lessons are basics and simples, I cannot use those as an excuse for not learning everyday that will bring out the best mood of myself. Learn more I wish without self-criticism, or making comparisons myself with others or optionally inflict oneness. I am extremely grateful for healthy insights and how my self-happiness should and always be your highest priority before any external affairs or events. Namaste.
