This story wrecked me and I loved it.

While I strongly recommend reading the Random Acts series since the story is set in the same universe, it can be read as a stand-alone. Both of the main characters, Maggie and Tyler, have traumatic pasts which color how they deal with each other and those around them. Through a series of events, Maggie ends up driving Tyler from Missouri to California. Needless to say all those hours together, as well as a shared bad candy incident, lead to revelations both expected and unexpected.
I've read everything Ms. Kent has published and 'Random on Tour: Los Angeles' is hands down my favorite. Don't miss it.
**I received an advanced copy of the anthology that included this story for an honest review**

I've loved all of the Random series, but this was by far my favorite and I really didn't expect it to be. It was funny, emotional, and full of heart. I enjoyed getting to know Tyler and Maggie and following along with the band...I hope there are more stops on the tour!!!

This book had me in tears for most of it. I love Julia Kent, I've come to love this series. Each book gets more intense and better. I like the comedy and the realism of Ms. Kent's writing, but I love when she gets deep and serious. This was another great read for me.
